Couldn't have been any better! I bought a Lexus for the first time and Roman has very great customer service and was very knowledgable and professional on everything. My first Lexus This is the first Lexus I buy, and I have to accept that when I arrived to the Dealer I was with many doubts about what to do. Roman Santana hooked me up! I visited Lexus of North Miami because I was drawn there by a tv commercial, and wow I was impressed with the professionalism and attitude given to me I visited Lexus of North Miami because I was drawn there by a tv commercial, and wow I was impressed with the professionalism and attitude given to me by Roman Santana. I went there with baggage and didn't expect me to walk out there with a brand new IS250, I literally owed 6 months of payments on my previous lease and I had at lease 800 dollars worth of damage and still ended up leaving with a new Lexus for almost the same payment as a VW Passat!! Roman works miracles and I would highly recommend him to anyone! He was very efficient and explained everything, he actually made car buying stress free. Thank you so much for making me a happy Lexus owner! More
