AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE...AMAZING EXPERIENCE This is has been the best car-buying experience I've ever encountered by far. From the moment I walked in, my nerves began to calm. It was a Saturday This is has been the best car-buying experience I've ever encountered by far. From the moment I walked in, my nerves began to calm. It was a Saturday and they were having a barbeque for the customers and employees. I was a bit apprehensive at first being that I was a woman, afraid of being taken advantage of, but I was immediately put at ease. Everyone was helpful, from the young lady at the front desk to the woman who saw me wondering around and set me up with a sales rep, who by my luck ended up being Roman Santana. He was nice and easy going, never pushy. He let me explain my situation and listened to what I wanted. We searched the L-certified pre-owned selection and made sure I got the car I've been fantasizing about. Also, he set me up with an outstanding finance manager who was able to work out a great deal for me as I was upside down on my previous car payment. I was even more reassured when I found out he won the quarterly award, which actually was his second time winning such honors. Even after the purchase of the car, Roman noticed a small flaw in which he made sure that I wouldn't have to pay extra to get it fixed. I can not be more pleased. This has turned me into a Lexus of North Miami customer for life! More
