I talked to Roman. Really great guy and I found a black Jeep, a limited, that looks beautiful and runs beautiful. So thanks to the guys from RAV. The radio did not work in the Jeep, but they already had it on order and in a few days I'm going to go down they're going to swap out the one that doesn't work for one that does! What can I say? To say that they went above and beyond to provide great service would be a huge understatement! I had a vehicle related issue and called Roman to see if they’re even a chance to get to resolved since it wa service would be a huge understatement! Romans response was “ if not us then nobody can get it done” and I believe them. Not only did they provide personalized care, throughout the whole process one can see true professionalism.
