This was our second purchase from RAVMOTORS in a little over two years. The first car purchase (Camry) was for our son to get him through college and beyond. This purchase was for us! We were looking for a used Ford Explorer Sport and RAV had one listed on their website that matched our profile. Going on our first good experience purchasing from the Burnsville RAV crew, we drove out to the Burnsville dealership and asked to test drive the Explorer. Once again, we had a no-stress relaxing experience. Had all our questions answered honestly, had a great test drive, had a successful pre-buy inspection from a local Ford dealership (it passed with flying colors, one little thing needed attention and RAV took care of it quickly). They were ready to go when we came to finalize the purchase. Roman has since been attentive to a couple post-buy tasks we needed done (they don't forget about you). I have a great vehicle I'm excited to drive and I saved a lot of money buying from RAV. Again. Would recommend strongly and would buy my next (third) vehicle from here again when that day comes. More

I have been shopping for a truck for quite a while and found an amazing deal on a 2019 Ram 1500! Rav Motors also had a great selection of other trucks and vehicles in their inventory to choose from. Having a rebuild/salavage title can be like a scarlet letter in the auto sales industry. But with exceptional warranty options offered at a reasonable price, it definitely helps with the peace of mind for the always unforseen issues that can potentially can happen. I personally started off calling Burnsville for the 2019 and then went over to the Crystal lot and test drove a couple of their trucks over there. I dealt with multiple sales team members and they all were basically no pressure, transparent with their business model and speciality, kind and courteous to my family. In Burnsville I started off working with Mark, and then also with Mike who I ended up finalizing the purchase with. I somewhat complicated the purchase by starting an agreement on another truck in Crystal seeing how the 2019 I really wanted was on hold and I asked them to contact me immediately if it became available because I wanted the 2019 like yesterday! When it became available, they let me know and I put some money down and moved forward as fast as possible! I apologize to whomever lost out on this incredible deal and thank you as does my family! Mike was great to work with! Pavel reached out to me during the course of the process due to some issues that were happening due to recent local circumstances and was a great help! I was incredibly impressed with everyone who I engaged with during this sales process. I'm sure this would have been a very smooth process if I didn't start up the initial agreement in crystal and then have to restart the whole thing for another truck on the Burnsville lot.
