Car Purchase I purchased a 2019 Nissan Maxima at RavMotors on Wed, July 22, 2020. Later on that evening my son noticed the car only had a license plate in the bac I purchased a 2019 Nissan Maxima at RavMotors on Wed, July 22, 2020. Later on that evening my son noticed the car only had a license plate in the back of the car and no license plate on the front of the car. I called on in the morning of Thurs, 7/23/2020 inquiring about this, but the person who picked up the phone said I had to talk to the person who sold me the car. Since I did not hear back I left another message on the morning of Friday, 7/24/2020 and then sent an email later on that evening asking if I will receive 2 new license plates for my car since in MN we are required to have plates both front and back of the car. The agent responded to my email and said he will need to check with his title clerk to see if new plates were requested. Today is 8/7/2020 and I still have not heard back (2 weeks later). RavMotors are selling cars on a day-to-day basis and processing paperwork should be second nature. Therefore, if you are selling cars that only has one license plate, it should be standard for your agents to check with the buyer to see if they want the agent to order new plates or if the buyer want to handle that themselves. At the least, the agent should return customers calls. More

Renat made the experience as I have never experienced in buying a vehicle (I have bought many in my life); it was so good that my son, who was with thinks buying a car is easy and painless now. There was n buying a vehicle (I have bought many in my life); it was so good that my son, who was with thinks buying a car is easy and painless now. There was no pressure, went over everything with the two of us. He explained the vehicle and what makes RAV Motors unique. He went the extra mile, even took the car to my mechanic, and picked it up after the inspection. When I went to purchase it, the process took less than 45 minutes, washed, detailed, and filled with gas. Overall this has been a great experience with sincere people with zero pressure.
