I purchased my first Toyota Prius in 2005 in Elk Grove Toyota with Romy Cruz as my agent. He was very friendly and assisted me in finding the car I wanted. I have been treated very good in their service department and I surely recommend it to my friends and family. So when I purchased again another car in 2008, I did not hesitate to buy it from Romy Cruz again in Elk Grove Toyota. I really appreciated it when Martin Brown took the opportunity to host a light buffet dinner for the new Toyota car owners and guided us thru all their dealersip's services. I purchased again another Toyota Prius last Oct. 2010 and guess what, same personnel who helped me before assisted me again for the third time. They really have earned my trust when I'm buying a new car. Keep up the good job to both of you Romy and Martin. You guys really make your customers very happy and not only that but you both managed to keep in touch and send greeting cards to us. Thanks. More

I was able to negotiate to the price I was capable of paying with the help of my saleman, Romy cruz. He is ok to work with and this is the second time I worked with him as my saleman. I had such an exceptionally wonderful experience for this purchase. Romy, my salesperson, was professional, informative, kind, and extremely courteous. Because of some financial issues that I had experienced in the past due to the passing of my sister, my credit is not the best. Therefore, Romy had to consult with Steve. I was unable to qualify for the purchase of the Tundra, however, Steve went through the inventory of Certified Used Vehicles in order to find a vehicle that I was interested in and was also qualified to purchase. We finally settled upon the Sequoia, which I actually favored over the Tundra. I then met with Kenny who was also extremely courteous and helpful. I had a friend with me that said when she was ready to purchase her next vehicle she would definitely come to Elk Grove Toyota. I have been a customer of Elk Grove Toyota (previous Florin Road Toyota) since 2000. I have always had a very good experience with the dealership and this was the best one. More
