Our sales person was Ron Askew. 5 stars all the way. What we most appreciated, was his professional, yet friendly demeanor. He was not a “pushy” salesman. That would have sent us out the door. Our deal was finalized by the manager, Mike Bolgar. He was great and when we were done, we had no buyers remorse or concern about being treated fairly. A special thanks to Mikhail McKenzie, the “genius” who reviewed the technical applications on this vehicle, loved him. Even working with Tony, in Finance, was a pleasure. What a great personality. I must say that this has never been my experience with BMW of Silver Spring, and it certainly was not the treatment I received from Mr. Ron Askew this third time around. From the first time I met him, Mr. Askew told me that he had a no-hassle, easy-going sales style, and that he would work with me to ensure that I get the best possible deal. Well I can certainly say that he kept his word last week. I met him for what I thought would be a quick test drive (as I was still in exploratory mode), and ended up driving off a few hours later in a brand new X2. Mr. Askew remained above board, listened to what I was looking for, and delivered the perfect vehicle. No judgement, no double talk, and always the consulate professional. I left the BMW in Cantonville of BMW which was the worst experience I walked around an hour looking at vehicles then went inside the showroom floor looking to be helped and wasn’t ask what I was interested in buying, test driving and anything concerning the customers interest. Resulting in driving over to BMW of Silver Spring which was the best decision I made to get tooken care of and made my purchase .
