This sales representative is on top of his game to the max. Here's why: My wife and I went to BMW of Silver Spring just to look at maybe buying a new "used" car. He saw us walking in the parking lot and immediately came out to greet us. We told him we were just looking to see what was being offered on the lot. My wife really wasn't wanting to listen at first because all salesman come with the same pitch. But Mr. Askew was so "complete" with his knowledge of the vehicles, she had no choice but to listen to his recommendation for a vehicle. Long story short, we went looking for a used BMW and ended up with a practically brand new BMW. We bought a 2018 530i and it was all because of the professional and knowledgeable presentation of vehicles that Mr. Askew provided. His nickname is "Easy" and that's exactly what he made the process at the dealership be. Thanks again Mr. Askew for the great service you rendered to us. Mr Askew was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, honest and also ensured that i was satisfied with the vehicle before making any final decision. Ron was extremely professional. He explained that the Silver Springs BMW dealership was a top rated dealership and that he would try to get me a great deal on the vehicle. When I had questions after normal business hours Ron immediately responded. I've never had a more pleasurable experience shopping for a vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not purchase the vehicle from Ron or Silver Springs BMW. The car is a gift for my daughter and she really wanted a sunroof in the car. This vehicle did not have a sunroof and it was a deal breaker. It was a pleasure to see that there are still sales people who take pride in what they do.
