Ron was extremely professional. He explained that the Silver Springs BMW dealership was a top rated dealership and that he would try to get me a great deal on the vehicle. When I had questions after normal business hours Ron immediately responded. I've never had a more pleasurable experience shopping for a vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not purchase the vehicle from Ron or Silver Springs BMW. The car is a gift for my daughter and she really wanted a sunroof in the car. This vehicle did not have a sunroof and it was a deal breaker. It was a pleasure to see that there are still sales people who take pride in what they do. Silver Springs BMW has the right salesman representing the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership. More
