We had some smal I stopped by the dealership after work one day. My salesman Ron Askew came out to greet me. I told him I was "just kicking tires." We had some small talk, he gave me his card and let me browse the inventory. 10 days later I came back with my wife. We drove 3 vehicles and settled on one. We purchased a 2018 Company Used 330I X Drive GT Turismo with 11,800 miles. The entire process was easy, no pressure and went very smoothly. Ron is a great guy and very easy to deal with. Ron Askew is an Awesome Client Advisor My experience at BMW of Silver Spring was incredible, The car I purchased couldn't be located so Ron set me up with John to test drive a different My experience at BMW of Silver Spring was incredible, The car I purchased couldn't be located so Ron set me up with John to test drive a different BMW that was similar to the one I wanted to see, I thought to myself I'm not going to purchase this other car because it's more than I wanted to spend a sales pitch to get a higher commission I assumed, I don't think so, but when we arrived back at the dealership the car had been found!!! I was elated, I had already gotten a pre-approval letter from my credit union, so I was set not to spend more than the pre-approved amount,, Ron went back to the Finance office & I got me approved with BMW Financial services with a better interest rate than the my credit union!!!! I couldn't be happier, I drove home in my new BMW & will gladly refer anyone looking to purchase a luxury car to BMW of Silver Spring,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, GREAT JOB RON ASKEW,, YOU ROCK More
