Andrew was a delight. He made me feel very in control of my purchase, and guided me to the best car that would exceed my needs. Andrew helped me decide on the 2019 HR-V. He was so thorough, and really took his time to make sure I understood all the super cool features the vehicle has. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly, and was so polite. During the entire process, he made sure to check-in with me, to make sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. I never felt forgotten or left behind. Ron was also very wonderful. He made sure I understood all that was going into financing my vehicle, while also ensuring I got the best rate. He went over warranties with me, and was clear with what things were covered by each warranty I purchased.
