Ron explained the financing clearly and patiently, got me the loan I was looking for, and was understanding when I changed my mind about an add-on. The only complaint I have is that one of the key fobs was dead and the other had low battery - risky when the car has push-button start. More

Absolutely amazing My experience at curry Honda with Max and Ron was simply amazing. Went in with a 2017 accord and came out with a 2019 Crv Ex-L. Max was there every step of the way until I got everything I wanted and felt comfortable with my vehicle as well. Ron the finance manager was great broke everything down and made sure I completely understood everything on my contract before I signed. I would truly recommend curry Honda. They made the process fun and I felt relax I know I made a great choice. They will always have my business thank you Max and Ron. More

Beware of Award Winning Salesmen and Finance People I met with Mr. Bassett on December 22 ready to wait another six months before purchasing a vehicle. I had to change the plates on my vehicle before January 1. Mr. Bassett is an award-winning lifetime career salesperson. I, a woman of 64 never having entered a dealership alone before, was no match for him. I had always had assistance (credit union, Carmax, husband or friend) in purchasing vehicles and had never before leased one. From the start, Mr. Bassett discussed leasing and downplayed purchasing. I was led to believe I would get a better price leasing than I would purchasing (as do TV commercials). Through AARPTruCar, Lundgren Honda quoted a price for this vehicle of $19,987. I showed that quote to Mr. Bassett who showed it to his financial person. They would not meet that price. I should have left, but felt some misguided loyalty to a good salesperson. I then asked Mr. Bassett to just run the numbers for me so I could get an idea. He came back with a monthly purchase price that was too high, and I said no. Because Mr. Bassett led me to believe that I would get a better deal with a lease, I immediately asked him to look at the lease numbers. Again, the price was too high, but this time I asked him to get it below $400. Mr. Bassett came back with $388. I went into shock, not speaking for several minutes and said OK. I did not know that the quoted price was the price regardless of whether it was a lease or purchase until about a week later, when Lundgren Honda told me I had paid too much regardless of lease or purchase. It made no difference. I was not made aware of that fact by Mr. Bassett; a true manipulation and lack of transparency. In addition, I was never shown how they arrived at the monthly payment. Whenever I purchased a vehicle previously, I was given time to read all documents and numbers carefully. One of my requirements was that I get no less than $4000 (could get trade-in of $4500) for my Mazda 2 and pay off my loan with Bright Star Credit Union in Florida. Mr. Bassettwas informed that if I did not get that amount, I would not be trading in a vehicle. I did not realize I did not get that price until two weeks later when I was finally well enough to look at the paperwork …. all in very small letters and difficult to read. I only got $3,350. Had Mr. Bassett or the finance person told me the truth about my trade-in that day, there would have been no trade-in … and no deal. I would have gone to Lundgren in Auburn and sold my car to a private party if Lundgren did not give me my trade-in price. I am the type of person who thoroughly researches before acting. This happened because I trusted a salesperson I did not know to look out for me and ensure that I was getting what I requested. That was followed by an unscrupulous financial person who never gave me time to read any document before signing. I thoroughly researched the 2019 Honda HRV LX and am pleased with my selection, butI have learned to never again enter a dealership alone or sign anything without completely reading and understanding it first. I do not wish to return the vehicle. I only wish to change from a lease to a purchase and have the ability to work with my credit unions to get a good interest rate. I am the Education Director at the Gray House, a very well-known community service organization in Springfield with many donors and volunteers. The Gray House has a food pantry, adult education and a Kids’ Club for afterschool and summer. We focus on building community relationships to meet the needs of the less fortunate. I believe in goodwill and helping others. I would rather put my precious time and energy into helping others than fighting a dealership that refuses to show goodwill or admit fault. I searched the internet to find evidence that Curry Honda did any community service but could find nothing. Curry Honda was not even willing to waive the $50 penalty fee for cancelling the road hazard insurance I had already refused three times, but was talked into by the finance person. I wished that Curry would mediate this issue with me, but it was immediately turned over to an attorney, requiring that I find an attorney. This will have to wait until I get into senior housing and sign up for Medicare, as I am turning 65. I wish Curry would show some goodwill and mediate this with me without attorneys. I would like to change this lease into a purchase without any of the fees involved since I felt I was taken advantage of from the start. If Curry can't do that .... how about Honda Finance .... can you waive all these fees and give me the opportunity to purchase this vehicle for a good price? More

Appreciate the tech setup of my new car Gio Torres was my sales person. The Right Guys! Walked into Curry wanting to test drive a couple of 2019 manual transmissions and Christian was my guy! He got me 2 vehicles right away and let me test drive with my husband, no pressure of a salesman in the vehicle with you. He knew when I came back with the Honda Civic Si that I was smitten, greeting me with "Hi smiley", and yet still gave me the opportunity to try the Accord. I had done some homework online about the vehicles and had a few questions still and Christian made me feel very comfortable asking them. He never pressured me on my decision. He gave me a lot of time to ponder MY choice of "color" and got it for me : ) He is a very patient, easy going person, who doesn't pressure you. Even when you feel stressed, he makes the experience relaxing, no worries, always there for you with any questions, from beginning to end. Stop by, see Christian!!!
