Although I've used Prestige Volvo for service in the past, this was my first car purchase from the dealership. From the moment I was treated by Tina, the service manager I knew it was going to be a great experience. I was directed to salesman Ron Landström and I can't say enough about the professional, positive vibe he carried through the entire sales process. After deciding on the vehicle, I was treated to an expert and thorough explanation of the car's hi tech and safety oriented features by Patrick, a savvy and well versed pro who helped me set up all the special ap related features as well as giving me a complete tutorial of the vehicle's dash and consol controls. Finally the dreaded sit down with the finance manager to finalize the deal....and to my pleasant surprise the customer friendly focus I'd been treated to since walking through the front door continued as Jake breezed through the contract materials delicately avoiding the hard sell and pushy environment so many other dealers are famous for. I'm really happy with car and its performance, and glad I made the desicion to shop at Prestige. More
