My parents, who English is not their first language, felt comfortable and at ease with Ron, and didn't feel pressured once when asking about the car they went to see for me. Because I work in the City, I couldn't go see it myself, but closing the deal 90% remotely was a breeze. When I finally did get to see the car 3 days after my parents saw it, it was just 15 minutes of signing paperwork and I was driving out the door!
