Ron Landstrom not only took the time to really LISTEN to what my needs were, but his "service after sale" was more complete than I've ever experienced. He spent over an hour making sure I was happy, knowledgeable, comfortable with my New Volvo S90. I can't say enough great things about him. I met with PJ who listened to what I wanted and understood that I didn't want to be hanging inside at the dealership on a beautiful summer day. He was professional, kind, nice and honed in on exactly what I wanted. The experience could not have gone smoother. Ron helped me the day I was picking up the car and went through all of the details of the car and ensured I understood all of the features. Pat helped with financing and paperwork and was very professional as well. Overall, a wonderful experience at Prestige Volvo and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Volvo.
