I am so disappointed with our experience at Basney Honda Mishawaka. We dealt with Steve Peacock and purchased a used vehicle from them. We were told that they did a thorough inspection to ensure the cars ar Mishawaka. We dealt with Steve Peacock and purchased a used vehicle from them. We were told that they did a thorough inspection to ensure the cars are “Road Ready”. Absolutely a lie. We drove off the lot only to find a tail light out. We had our local mechanic perform an inspection and found ALL fluids (except for oil) were low. 2 front tires were replaced (and with it being a 4WD vehicle you are supposed to change all 4 tires together), one caliper replaced (when it’s unheard of not to replace both). On top of that, when determining if we wanted to finance or pay cash, they would not provide us the rate for the loan…. Only the payment amount. They said I wouldn’t know the interest rate until I applied for the loan… RIDICULOUS! I am so disappointed with our experience and have told everyone that will listen. We won’t be back More
