We bought a used car. We loved the sales person. They gave us a minimal on the trade in but it was what I expected. The phone call ahead of the visit answered pretty much We loved the sales person. The phone call ahead of the visit answered pretty much all my questions so when we visited the shop, we really only needed to test drive the car. The sales person could have done a little better on showing us the vehicle, and showing us that it did not have a spare tire but rather just a green slime and battery air pump. All in all, great experience! More

Never gave me options, or suggestions, or explained different levels of warranty etc. At least try to sell me on a reasonable level of warranty. We scheduled a drive with Scott Allen and he greeted Jeannie and I when we arrived at the appointed time. The vehicle for the test drive was ready and Scott got copies of our Driver licenses and told us Jeannie and I when we arrived at the appointed time. After going over the particulars for the test drive Pilot we ended up buying a different Pilot that better matched our needs. Excellent experience, Scott asked the right questions to understand what we were looking for without any pressure, very professional and courteous. More
