Too much time taken for a somewhat routine transaction This is the 5th car that I've leased from Basney Honda. My granddaughter and I arrived at the dealership at 4:15 PM. The sales person knew we were coming and what our plans were ( i.e., turn in a 2018 Honda Civic and lease 2020 Honda Civic). The transaction was completed after 6:30 PM. In the past, a similar type of transaction took less than an hour. Satisfied with the deal but somewhat exhausted with the process is a succinct summary of my review. More
