Great buying experience I recently bought a 2013 Ford Edge from Basney. It was a Friday night near the end of the day and busy. I had found the car online and was looking at I recently bought a 2013 Ford Edge from Basney. It was a Friday night near the end of the day and busy. I had found the car online and was looking at a Honda Pilot as well. So I Justin came up and helped me out. From right off the bat he was upfront and honest. The family owned business really felt like I was family and not going to brushed aside like the other dealers that I had went to earlier in the week looking for the same vehicles that I was initially looking at. Although Justin was busy, he still ensured that I walked out with the vehicle of my choosing and helped me out. The no-haggle pricing also reinforced their transparency as a dealership. I talked to the finance guy and I walked out with the car that I wanted. I was extremely happy with the vehicle will explore doing business with them in the future due to my overall experience that I had with them. I felt that they gave me a fair offer on my trade in and then some. More

I’m a Basney Girl ! I have been going to Basney for more than 30 years now. Even before they were a Honda dealer I like how personable they are and that they will do wha I have been going to Basney for more than 30 years now. Even before they were a Honda dealer I like how personable they are and that they will do what they need to do to make me a satisfied customer. This is however the first time that I worked with Bryan. He was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor which is necessary when dealing with me. I have to admit though, that I am an easy sale. I always go in there knowing exactly what I want. More

I always worried about trustworthiness with salespeople because of stories I’ve been told. I came in and he was able to get me all that I wanted even though I didn’t have an appointment. Lak of customer service outside of the maintenance provided. The service advisor was new so not familiar with maintenance agreement so if left to him I was going toowe $295. I knew that was wrong. He was too buy to give me much time. Begrudgingly said he had to go to the files upstairs to check my agreement. I asked can't you just look it up on your computer?Said he was doing end of the month stuff. Not my problem. This is my 10th leased Honda in 28 years! Fortunately Matt Mulstay saved the day and looked on his computer in 30 sec and found my agreement and said $ 0.00 due! Also I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a ride to work! The valet driver made 3 stops for some women he took home. Since when is the valet service a taxi cab!? Have to say in all my years at Honda I have never felt so unappreciated for my service. Just another customer, who may need to pay for her service when it is included in my lease and waited for 80 minutes for a ride to Notre Dame which is 3 miles away! So when my car lease is up in 18 months, hmmm? wonder if I will stick with Basney. Too many new folks who don't care about customer service. As for the car's service it was done correctly and seems I had all green marks so guess I am doing my job in taking care of a car I do not own! More
