The freedom to test drive was also a big perk. The biggest negative I felt was the aftertaste of the experience with my sales guy. I had recently come from some church activities and the sales guy had asked about my church and we started a nice discussion. However, when I asked him about his faith, he shared he doesn’t believe in God anymore and believes in what Paul said “when I was a child, I spoke as a child.... but when I became a man, I put away childish things”. I personally believe folks should believe how they wish and I support him in his choice not to believe. However, quoting that scripture left a bad aftertaste that he believes I am childish for believing in God. I am not mad, sad, or frustrated at the guy. I believe it was innocent and not intentional. However, as a company owner, I don’t believe I would want a customer coming away feeling they are looked down upon as “childish” for believing in God while buying a van. More

Great buying experience I recently bought a 2013 Ford Edge from Basney. It was a Friday night near the end of the day and busy. I had found the car online and was looking at a Honda Pilot as well. So I Justin came up and helped me out. From right off the bat he was upfront and honest. The family owned business really felt like I was family and not going to brushed aside like the other dealers that I had went to earlier in the week looking for the same vehicles that I was initially looking at. Although Justin was busy, he still ensured that I walked out with the vehicle of my choosing and helped me out. The no-haggle pricing also reinforced their transparency as a dealership. I talked to the finance guy and I walked out with the car that I wanted. I was extremely happy with the vehicle will explore doing business with them in the future due to my overall experience that I had with them. I felt that they gave me a fair offer on my trade in and then some. More
