The team of mechanics are completely versed in the intricacies of European engineering, and seems like my car pretty much leaves the shop with a little extra work done that I may not notice until later. On my last visit, I went thinking that my car needed three different services; after Ron did the initial analysis, that was reduced to one necessary service and one possible. The mechanics then had their look and let us know that the ‘possible’ was just a misreading by the car’s computer. My three services were down to one! I have one word to describe these guys HONEST!! Their prices are much more affordable than the dealership near me, and the staff is 100 times friendlier! They’re already my go-to place for repairs, and they certainly will be who I’ll visit when I choose to get something newer. More

It was only after several service fiascoes and hostile encounters with service advisors and service managers at the local dealership that I considered going to Bowling Green. However, I wish I'd done this sooner. Not only was BMW Bowling Green able to make a complicated repair on my car that the local dealership couldn't get right, but they provided the service at a significantly lower cost, they got the job done in a single afternoon, and they had a loaner car waiting for me when I got to Bowling Green. More
