CON MEN AT WORK!!! I purchased my vehicle as well as the additional protective ceramic coating to be installed. My vehicle was delivered a few days later without the coating. It took several days just to ge additional protective ceramic coating to be installed. My vehicle was delivered a few days later without the coating. It took several days just to get a response from the dealership because the salesman Ron was “out sick.” Also, the tire pressure light was still on, the dents and scratches agreed on to be fixed hadn’t been, and the rear wiper blade remained askew. I had to return my vehicle for a few more days as these issues were supposed to be corrected. I got my vehicle back again and nothing had been fixed, but the ceramic coating had been applied. The gas light was also on because it was empty, it had half a tank when I dropped it off and the dealership is only 20 miles from my home. I called the dealership and was again given the runaround. The sales manager Adam said someone would come to my house and fix the problems then the salesman Ron called and said they weren’t responsible to fix anything. He said the owner told them they would not buy any parts to fix the wiper but couldn’t tell me what part needed replaced. My friend took it off with an impact wrench and moved it a quarter inch, problem solved. I checked the tire pressure, max PSI is 44lb. They had three tires at 46lb and one at 25lb. Clearly this tire has a slow leak they were trying to hide. The salesman Ron also promised to call the previous owner who traded the vehicle in to get the spare key. First he told me they didn’t answer when he called. Then Ron said he had completely forgotten to call because he had been sick. Which is it? I never got the key. Perfect Auto did leave the previous owner’s registration in the vehicle though with all of their personal information. This was not a pleasant experience and I do not recommend anyone ever buying a vehicle from these crooks. More
