I was very excited about purchasing a car from Perfect Auto however things went bad. I called on a Thursday filled out application was told I would receive a call back. I ended up calling 4 times that day Auto however things went bad. I called on a Thursday filled out application was told I would receive a call back. I ended up calling 4 times that day only to finally get an answer saying I was approved but employee stated she was getting off in 20 mins and would call me in am. After I didnt receive a call by noon I called back only to be told still waiting to hear from bank. After 2 more calls I was finally told I wasn't approved because I submitted fake pays tubs. I found that hard to believe since I been on the same job for 25 yrs and I never even submitted any pay stubs. After questioning employee she said she would look into it and call back after an hr goes by she call back stating she had me confused with another customer and everything was fine. I drive to dealership where I was then working with Ron Perie. He was great i mean GREAT. I had to provide additional paperwork, however the dealership was closing soon so he stated come back in am everything will be fine. I called dealership in am spoke with another lady Ron was off explained to her the situation. I kept constant communication with her and told her I would be down to purchase car today. That morning I went to my Credit Union and got pre approved so I could purchase the car with no issues. I told the sales lady I would be down at 2pm to buy car and I had a check from my Credit Union in hand to pay for it. However once I get there I eas then told the car was sold someone came in 2 hrs ago and was buying it as we speak. I was pissed. I'm showing the manager the communication between the employee and myself. He said he feel bad these things happen and he would give me $500 off another car. The car I wanted was a great deal of a lifetime. I realize it was time for me to leave because I wasn't going to be calm. What is $500. Like I stated Ron Perie was great. The facility is also well kept and have a great inventory of cars. So if you buy a car from them please deal with Ron. I wont mention the other who lied to me. More
