We had a terrible experience with the service department. Brought my 2018 F250 with 33k miles as it was shaking uncontrollably when traveling at 45-60 mph and hitting a bump. I am now having the same issue Brought my 2018 F250 with 33k miles as it was shaking uncontrollably when traveling at 45-60 mph and hitting a bump. I am now having the same issue at 36K miles and they are stating it is now a different issue and is not related to the issue they fixed when it was under warranty. Awful experience and will be picking up my truck to have it serviced else where. More

Terrible experience at this dealership. They had the car I wanted at the price I wanted and it happened to be CPO, so I purchased it. I told them 3 times to only run my credit only run my credit once, they I wanted at the price I wanted and it happened to be CPO, so I purchased it. I told them 3 times to only run my credit only run my credit once, they ran it multiple times anyway. At the time of the purchase I had a baby on the way and needed a reliable car. 30 days after I was stranded 100 miles away at 4am when the car was over heating. Service dept said the hose had a slow leak that had been an issue since before I purchased the vehicle. 5 months after the purchase and the car is making an awful noise. Need to get the fly wheel replaced, I am now out of a car for the next couple of days. I am now stranded for multiple days with no vehicle and a new born at home. I wouldn't recommend getting a car from this place if they were giving them away for free. I will say that the Service department is the only redeeming quality of this place. More

Sold me a Ford Escape with massive scratches on the roof. I want to say that my salesman Dave took great care to make sure the sale of my car went smoothly. I visited with a friend who has an elevated deck and it was there that I looked down and saw that the roof of my car had scratches all over it. The dealership refused to take care of it. The management team tried to tell me that they did not do this. It was an outright lie. This sealed the deal for me. I am currently looking to purchase another Ford Escape and you couldn’t pay me to go back to these crooks. I repeat that my sales person did his best but I never thought I would have to bring a ladder with me to purchase a car. It was detailed so the service center knew that those scratches were there. More
