I would highly recommend this dealership if you want a good deal, friendly staff, and a none of they typical games some dealers play. More

Great First Leasing Experience! Ron made the entire leasing process very comfortable and without confusion or stress. He is extremely personable and down to earth, I never felt like Ron made the entire leasing process very comfortable and without confusion or stress. He is extremely personable and down to earth, I never felt like he was forcing the sale on me or trying to cheat me on the deal. Poor Customer service on Recall Notice I called the service Department to ask about getting my 2016 Ford F150 fixed for a door latch recall. The women in the service department was very rud I called the service Department to ask about getting my 2016 Ford F150 fixed for a door latch recall. The women in the service department was very rude, She told me to go back and read the recall notice. She said they are not responsible until Ford has enough parts. She offer nothing in terms of information on when this would happen. I told her the my doors will not close and have opened while driving. She said again read the recall notice. Well the Recall notice says "If your vehicle exhibits symptoms of a door will not open, a door will not close, or a door opens while driving, immediately contact your dealer and request a service appointment for a recall relating to Safety recall 17S33" I told the service department that my truck was exhibiting these symptoms. She would not help, she was rude, and said to read the recall notice. I now have a truck I can not use, I do not feel safe driving with my kids in the vehicle. I do not recommend the dealership. Buyi9ng a truck is one thing, if they can not provide the service or follow the recall notice themselves what is the point of doing business with them. I do not recommend this dealer. More
