Ron Sjahfiedin was knowledgeable, professional and did everything possible to make sure that I as the customer was satisfied with my purchase. When I asked questions I was confident in his feedback. My experience with Amy Killoran was excellent as she was organized and informative. She too listened to my questions and gave feedback that was more than satisfactory. Amy and Ron communicated flawlessly with each other and that gave me a feeling of confidence. I would not hesitate to refer this dealership and these two employees to family and friends. More

Falmouth Toyota has bent over backwards to help myself and my husband with our "Lemon" that WE DID NOT BUY FROM FALMOUTH TOYOTA. We bought a corolla from a family owned small shop in Wareham. With in a ye and my husband with our "Lemon" that WE DID NOT BUY FROM FALMOUTH TOYOTA. We bought a corolla from a family owned small shop in Wareham. With in a year we had $$$thousands of dollars put into the car. Falmouth Toyota, with out hesitation, gave us multiple rentals (with no charge) while they tried to figure out what was wrong with the car. The car was CLEARLY a lemon. With out discussion, the team at Famouth Toyota took us under their wing and helped us the best they could. This resulting in us buying a new vehicle. They took the lemon as a trade in and sent us on our merry way. Ron was very helpful in purchasing my Toyota. Several years ago when my wife and I purchased our first Toyota Corolla we had the pleasure of working with Ron who took the time to listen to exactly what w years ago when my wife and I purchased our first Toyota Corolla we had the pleasure of working with Ron who took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted. Several vehicles on the lot matched our description of a slightly used Corolla in great shape for a price we were comfortable with. Three years later we came back for a second Corolla mainly because of the positive experience with Ron. Again it was a pleasure to work with him and again we got the car we wanted. This was the second Prius Hybrid that I have purchased from Falmouth Toyota. Because of my good experience with Ron Sjahfiedin when I purchased the first Prius, I knew I wanted to go with Ron for this second Prius. Ron is extremely knowledgeable about his inventory. He has high social intelligence and was quickly able to narrow down the purchase options to a small number of possibilities. He brings energy and humor to the purchase experience. He is quick without being high pressure or overbearing. He instill trust in his customer. I was shopping with my wife and he answered both our ranges of questions. I am happy to recommend him at the highest level. When the transaction was finalized we were taken to business manager Peter Cavicchi. He presented to us a strong sense of competence. Because of a factory rebate program that was involved in the transaction there were some hard-to-understand details. Peter was patient and clear in explaining all the details. Ronnie was great to work with. We actually bought a new Camry Hybrid from him and went back 5 weeks later and bought a new Tacoma truck. He was friendly, fair and prompt. I have been looking for a replacement work truck, and I thought I would have to buy used. I checked the internet and found used trucks, had worked with Falmouth before, so emailed them. Another dealer I emailed did not respond at all. We discussed the used truck they had which did not fit my needs, then discussed other options including waiting for the "right" used truck - then described the new options available. They worked with me to get exactly the configurations I needed, found a color I love (I wasn't fussy, but this is a great color), offered a good price and worked with me on financing options so I can make affordable payments at a good interest rate. They also offered a maintenance package - free everything for the first 2000 miles from any Toyota dealer in the country. I'm happy with my new truck, very happy with Falmouth Toyota, will buy my retirement vehicle from them if and when retirement is an option! More

Back a few years ago I accompanied a friend to Falmouth Toyota when he was looking for a vehicle. I found the staff and dealership in general treated him with respect and kindness, something I had never ex Toyota when he was looking for a vehicle. I found the staff and dealership in general treated him with respect and kindness, something I had never experienced at any dealership before. They even treated me the same way and I was just the friend, not purchasing anything. I was asked by several members of the staff if I wanted coffee or if I needed anything. He did purchase his vehicle there. Now in need of a vehicle for myself, I decided to talk with the same sales person my friend did business with. This again is a good sign, the same salesperson was still employed there and has been for five years or more, his name is Ronnie Sjahfiedin. Again I was very impressed with the salesperson and the dealership. They were all nice and treated me with respect. I found that they don't negotiate price too much, but their prices are competitive. They were excellent with financing and paperwork. Everything was explained to me and I was not rushed through the paperwork. I did purchase the vehicle I was interested in originally, but, was shown any vehicle I wanted to see, less expensive or not with no objection or bias from the salesman. Ron tried hard to match my likes to a vehicle. In general I found my experience with Falmouth Toyota to be excellent. I highly recommend the dealership over any others on Cape Cod or the south shore. I would not hesitate to recommend, or purchase another vehicle from them. In short they are a great dealership, check them out, you won't be sorry. More
