Got our oil changed there. 5 days later the Jeep was making all sorts of noise. We had no oil in the vehicle and had to be towed in. The service department said there was a 5 days later the Jeep was making all sorts of noise. We had no oil in the vehicle and had to be towed in. The service department said there was a piece of the old oil filter still left when they screwed on the new filter and so we did not have a good seal and the oil leaked out. We’re still waiting for our tow reimbursement that Ron said we would get. I’m hoping that no permanent damage was done to our 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Maybe you guys need some more reliable oil change techs. More
