This is my first time purchasing a BMW. I have purchased different vehicles over the last 15 years, however, this was the easiest and most pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. I initially was purchasing the M2 and all the paperwork was ready for me to pick up the M2. I walked in to the showroom and I saw the M3. I asked if I can upgrade to the M3 despite all the paperwork being ready for me to pick up the M2. Ronald immediately looked at me and said I will do what I can to help you to get the car that you want to make you happy. Shortly within a few minutes Ronald and the finance manager start the process for me to take the M3. Ronald is very friendly, personable, professional, and a very dedicated sales representative. He is a very strong asset to BMW. I highly recommend Ronald for anyone who wants to purchase a BMW. I actually drove four hours to pick up the car despite a BMW dealership 10 minutes away. More
