I had a 10AM appointment on 7/31, which was the earliest
appointment I could get when I called on 7/21 with a brake problem which was due to a recall. When I arrived at 10AM I waited over 2 hours and was to

When I arrived at 10AM I waited over 2 hours and was told this was not an appointment but put me in a que?? At that point I asked the service manager what kind of poor quality service Latham ford provides, at which point he and a tech checked my truck but found no problem with the brakes. I have since received a recall letter. This problem resulted in me scraping a guardrail to avoid rearending another car causing $5700 which I expect Ford to pay for.
