until now I received excellent service. The service advisors never called I always had to call for updates. The only call I received from the services advisors was when the job was done. She delayed my repair several times and assigned my repair to a technician on vacation. During the second week the vehicle was there another service advisor basically was going to put off the repair for another week until the technician assigned was back. The only redeeming quality was Ron the service manager. When I communicated the issues to him he got involved and did a great job of getting the vehicle repaired. On the final day I dealt with Lucas who was very friendly and did his best to correct a bad situation.
