Bitter sweet Even though Ronald was very sweet and took great interest in what I was looking for, my initial encounter with the young lady, whose name escapes me, Even though Ronald was very sweet and took great interest in what I was looking for, my initial encounter with the young lady, whose name escapes me, was very ubpleasant and left a very bitter taste in my mouth. She was rude, and presumptuous and very unprofessional to the point that I wrote a very strong negative review on the car dealership website. I did return at the urging of Dino the general manager. I was introduced to Ronald who I had an immediate fondness to and he showed me vehicles that I liked. The price was right and the deal was sealed.
