After going over my contract, I am dissappointed in the percentage of my finance loan which was worked out by Dennis. My family had a fit over it. Also the $ I still owed, $1,600, on my trade-in car was deducted from my trade-in value, which I understood to be paid by Hyundai, not by deducting it from my trade-in. I was a bit nervous and stressed doing this by myself, so I didn't really catch that until I came home. Nevertheless, thank you to Niki again for being so gracious and very helpful. Also, many thanks to Ronald Jones for helping set up my account and connecting my phone AND going over every single detail on my phone. Both Niki and Ronald were exceptionally thorough. THANK YOU! I explained my disappointment from other dealerships to salesman Ronald Jones and expressed my concern of once again being denied financial assistance to purchase a vehicle. Ronald was understanding and professional and assured me that he would help me drive off the lot that day. Long story short, in a couple of hours Ronald worked magic and got me into a luxury vehicle of my dreams. From the very moment I walked onto the lot, Ronald was right there to greet me and make me feel like a valued customer. They answered all of my questions, as well as questions I didn't know I'd have. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I feel like I got a good deal and not like I was being taken advantage of. I've since been back to have my car serviced twice for routine maintenance and they're fast and efficient. I don't even have to ask for them to wash my car.
