I explained my disappointment from other dealerships to salesman Ronald Jones and expressed my concern of once again being denied financial assistance to purchase a vehicle. Ronald was understanding and professional and assured me that he would help me drive off the lot that day. Long story short, in a couple of hours Ronald worked magic and got me into a luxury vehicle of my dreams. I drove off the lot that day, and even recommended Ronald to my friends, colleagues and family. My experience at South Shore Hyundai was awesome! Such excellent, professional service. From the very moment I walked onto the lot, Ronald was right there to greet me and make me feel like a valued customer. They answered all of my questions, as well as questions I didn't know I'd have. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I feel like I got a good deal and not like I was being taken advantage of. I've since been back to have my car serviced twice for routine maintenance and they're fast and efficient. I don't even have to ask for them to wash my car. Just good folks there who make everything easy breezy. More
