This would be my second time working with Ronan. I had to get a tire replaced under warranty. Ronan made the process so easy. He was able to get my tire covered quickly and had me out in a timely I had to get a tire replaced under warranty. Ronan made the process so easy. I bought my car a year ago and I would not choose ANYONE other than Ronan to be my service advisor. He is always so pleasant and fights to make sure that our car is well taken care of, and has any issue res other than Ronan to be my service advisor. Ronan is fantastic! ! As a professional in the service industry, I very much appreciate when someone is willing to truly take care of their clients. Ronan always takes th ! As a professional in the service industry, I very much appreciate when someone is willing to truly take care of their clients. Ronan always takes the time to ensure what I need is taken care of and if there is something that needs to be addressed he makes sure to keep me in the loop. The cliche concept of “the dealership wants to take advantage of their customers” does not apply to the service that Ronan provides, he never tries to nickel and dime me with unnecessary service suggestions which makes me trust the fact that he really is taking care of me as one of his clients. I’d strongly recommend him to anyone looking for service at the Mercedes Annapolis location. More
