Really was an easy experience. Very little issues. Let me do everything over the phone and email which was nice. Drove 3 hours and only spent 30 minutes at the dealership. This is my first experience with Buick. Ronell Williams was wonderful to work with. Ronnell was a consummate and hard-working professional sales associate. It’s not easy to find a GMC dealer with personnel who work well with out of town buyers. We needed to quickly confirm availability, sales associate. It’s not easy to find a GMC dealer with personnel who work well with out of town buyers. We needed to quickly confirm availability, specs, and price first thing in the morning, then drive 4 hours to Tampa and close the deal before the end of the business day. We’d unsuccessfully attempted this with other dealers who either wouldn’t give us the time of day, or would be wrong about the actual specs (vs just looking at the specs on paper). Ronnell was the key to making this sale happen, and we couldn’t be happier. He was juggling multiple sales that day, but he efficiently kept us moving forward through the process and kept us informed. Great, efficient customer service respecting everyone’s time and money. A true gem. Great personality, and easy to find because he’s tall lol. I don’t usually take time to do reviews like this but Ronnell was so good and we’re so satisfied that I feel compelled. He is the reason we will look to Rivard for our next GMC when the time comes. More

The experience was stressful—reviewing and re-reviewing to have additional things added in that was not requested paperwork was overwhelming, and there was no follow-up. The car wasn’t cleaned very well when delivered, and communication was nonexistent afterward. The high-pressure sales approach felt uncomfortable. I needed a truck and Mr. Williams got me into one, but given more time, I would have chosen differently. My work truck was flooded in the storms, and I urgently needed a replacement. Knowing this, the salesman took advantage of my situation. He pushed me toward a truck that wasn’t the best fit, skipping over one that would have suited my needs better. As a loyal Ford customer new to the GMC brand, I wasn’t familiar with all the trim levels and options. Overall, my experience wasn’t great. I now have a truck, but I plan to trade it for one that better meets my needs. The salesman did get me a truck, though it was delivered a day later than promised. He did his job, but my wife and I felt uneasy throughout the process, despite the importance of continuing the business. More

No better place to buy a GMC truck. We drove 4 hours and it was well worth it. When we arrived everything was as discussed on the phone and text. Zero surprises. This was my second purchase and I've had two friends buy their trucks here with the same experience. Don't even bother shopping around because no one will meet their deal.
