Sometimes mistakes are made during the servicing of a
vehicle but what matters most is how the service department and dealership handles those mistakes. They could try to deny responsibility and make the

They assumed responsibility for the mistake made on my car and took care of all costs and fixes. To me that speaks volumes of the integrity of the dealership and service department. I will continue to have my vehicle service there as with the exception of this one issue the many years service have been excellent.
