WOW - why do I keep coming back to HC? Is it because of Herb? No - it’s RONNI TRAVERS!!! She is awesome! Not only does Ronni call you back ON HER DAY OFF, and treat you with a killer smile every single tim Herb? No - it’s RONNI TRAVERS!!! She is awesome! Not only does Ronni call you back ON HER DAY OFF, and treat you with a killer smile every single time you walk into the dealership, BUT Ronni she be a consultant on what it is to be at the top for Customer Service ! Ronni’s skillset is remarkable! A guide to be followed!
