The Dealership went out of it's way to make me happy with my The Acura dealership went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my car purchase. I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima. Acura replaced the tires f The Acura dealership went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my car purchase. I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima. Acura replaced the tires for me and also repainted a back panel that had a paint blister on it. While I waited for my car to be repainted I was given a 2019 Acura MDX to drive. I was happy with their service. I would go back to Acura again. More

No follow up. No return call or email. I went to WBS to have two recalls completed. My hill start assist light came on after having it serviced at WBS driving the car just one hour after p I went to WBS to have two recalls completed. My hill start assist light came on after having it serviced at WBS driving the car just one hour after picking it up. So essentially my car would just come to a complete stop and was not drivable, after being serviced for the exact recall in which it was there for! I am not happy. More

Excellent customer service We had been to many car dealerships looking for a Subaru. Didn't feel welcomed by many until we got to the White Bear location where Dan Christopherso We had been to many car dealerships looking for a Subaru. Didn't feel welcomed by many until we got to the White Bear location where Dan Christopherson welcomed us right away. He was prepared with knowing exactly what he had on the lot, & showed us where the cars in our price range were. He took the time & answered our initial questions & then to our delight, let us shop and look around without hovering over us or pushing us to look at one car or another. Ronnie, the used car Mgr, (another really good guy) was so pleasant & kind - helped out with a few other details, we sealed the deal. We're an older couple, & haven't bought a car from a car dealer in a very long time. The thought of it made us feel nervous & we put it off for as long as we could. The people here made it so easy, we were comfortable the whole time & we'll be telling everyone about the great experience we had! More
