We drove all the way from LA County to Tustin Hyundai because they had a policy of not charging more than MSRP, unlike other price gouging Hyundai dealers. Our sales rep, Rooben, was courteous, friendly because they had a policy of not charging more than MSRP, unlike other price gouging Hyundai dealers. Our sales rep, Rooben, was courteous, friendly and honest. I had not been to a dealer in a long time and was apprehensive of what to expect given past experiences (hard sale, manager calls, haggling, etc.). But to my surprise, this was the most straightforward and honest process that I have ever experienced. We drove home in our brand new car (Hyundai Nexo).
