Love, Love ... my New Charger I had been thinking of buying a new car for the past year. After dropping off my 2006 Charger for an estimate on aged related issues I was experienci I had been thinking of buying a new car for the past year. After dropping off my 2006 Charger for an estimate on aged related issues I was experiencing, my “service” related visit turned into buying my new 2018 Charger. Oil chamge They did amazing! Brought our Jeep in for its first oil change and had to wait a little while due to so many vehicles coming in at the same time. But They did amazing! The first thing i noticed when we pulled in to the lot was that we were greeted by staff with a genuine smile and got the feeling that they were really interested in helping us find a vehicle that would m was that we were greeted by staff with a genuine smile and got the feeling that they were really interested in helping us find a vehicle that would meet our needs and wants. Richard was our salesman and he was more like a knowledgable friend. There was absolutely no pressure to hurry and buy!! I was very pleased with the vehicle we picked out, and pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price. Richard worked hard with the initial financing and my trade in to make a contract for sale within my budget. He went the extra steps to help us be able to purchase the perfect for us vehicle. Sonia was our finance officer and was very welcoming and gracious.While we were signing the loan papers and talking about life in general, Sonia said she was going to try to get us better financing at a better rate. We finished signing and went home happy. The following business day i received a message from her. She had gone the extra steps again on my behalf when she didn't have to. I appreciate these associates very much. When I went to have my new plates put on, Rory was my service man and he was very nice and polite. I have and will continue to share my experience with fiends and family and would recommend Lithia Dodge CC to anyone shopping for a car or truck. More

After looking at about 10 dealerships and either not seeing the car that I had to have or being told by salesmen that they couldn't get the color or model I wanted, I stopped on a friend's recommendatio seeing the car that I had to have or being told by salesmen that they couldn't get the color or model I wanted, I stopped on a friend's recommendation to see the Jeep Grand Cherokee at Lithia of Corpus Christi. My experience there began with the receptionist who was exceptionally friendly. Next I met the salesman, Albert Chavez, who was more interested in what I wanted to buy rather than what he wanted to sell me. I told him what my favorite cars were so far, so he knew my approximate price range. He then asked me what color I wanted. Now there's a man that knows how to sell a car to a woman, unlike the salesman at another dealership who proceeded to open the hood and point out the blah, blah, blah, blah. He pulled a cashmere-colored, light interior, 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo under the shade for me to take a look at. Another plus in the midday Corpus Christi heat and humidity. He began by showing me features that mattered to me, the keyless entry, the remote start to cool the car down, the beautiful interior, the space in back for my dogs. He then had me test drive the car and even though he knew my time was limited he wanted me to try it on the freeway to see how good it felt on the road at higher speeds. I wanted to bring my husband to Lithia that evening to see the Jeep but Albert said he would not be available as his son was playing a double header baseball game and he wanted to be there. Not only was he a very personable salesman, making his son's baseball game was more important than making his commission. Instead, he suggested I take the car overnight, show my husband, drive it around and bring it in the next day. By that time he must have known that I loved the vehicle. Obviously, I purchased the 2014 Grand Cherokee Laredo the next day. My husband and I sat down with Albert to work out the details and trade in my car. We arranged a day to bring the new car in for detailing, he filled the tank with gas and we then headed over to their financing department where he introduced us to Josh Barrios who went through all the paperwork with us, was entertaining and made it a very pleasant experience! A few days later, Rory Ashurst in the service department took care of the detailing and got my new vehicle back to me in the time he told me.
