I am a true born Texan . I have Lived in Corpus most of my life graduated from Flour Bluff High School. I support all the Texas sports teams but the Dallas Cowboys are still my true Love. In my years of being a Service Advisor I have truly enjoyed helping customers I know that it is not always pleasant having a car with problems , but I try to keep customers informed and make it as smooth as possible. Monica was great at keeping me updated on the progress of my repair. Chris kept me in the loop for all the technical issues that the Chris was having and how they were addressing them. I got two other bids my repair. Chris kept me in the loop for all the technical issues that the Chris was having and how they were addressing them. I got two other bids after I received the Dealer's quote and both were sinusitis m significantly higher, one was 2.5 X the Lithia's quote!!! I had to deal with all interactions remotely as I live and work outside of the area. Great communication and outstanding service! Highly recommend!!! More

About two thousand dollars of “let us look at things” to tell me that the lines are brand new and that there is nothing wrong with them. All the while my exhaust pipe rusted off and apparently they didn’t s tell me that the lines are brand new and that there is nothing wrong with them.
