I had bought a 2009 Civic EX with Navi from them during "Cash for Clunkers" and made the mistake of trading that car in for something more "sporty", This sporty car was costing me a small fortune, and maintenance would cost a little more than that. I returned to Curtiss Ryan Honda because of their superior service in the past. As expected they exceeded my expectations, getting me out of trouble and into the specific car I wanted within 7 days. I'm driving my new 2012 Honda Civic EX-L with Navi and I'm back on track to financial normalcy and I have these guys to thank for their help. This is not the Honda dealer located closest to me, but, I know and appreciate their A+ customer service, they should pride themselves in it! More

Curtiss Ryan Honda was a professional dealership from the beginning. We were greeted by a receptionist and she immediately paged a sales person to the showroom floor to help us. He sat us down and listened to our needs in terms of a new car. We were very impressed with Rory's openness and honesty throughout the entire process. Rory provided straight forward answers and made us feel very comfortable from beginning to end. We actually ended up buying a car initially not on the lot, and Rory spent time on his day off trying to find the car. The attention received from our test drive, to our trade in, to the delivery of the car were perfect. We had a great experience. More
