Consistency through 16 years 3 different service leaders, 2 different departments, all one in high quality service and assistance. While Gunn Honda has become somewhat a victim of 3 different service leaders, 2 different departments, all one in high quality service and assistance. While Gunn Honda has become somewhat a victim of their own success (always so busy appts. sometimes must be set a wk. or more in advance) the work gets done. Shuttle service, coffee and donuts of multiple types, and consistency of quality. BTW, Our Odyssey is set to celebrate 200,000 miles thanks to these folks. 42 states down, 8 to go. Go Gunn Honda! It was best experience with Rosa Rodriguez, as she could explain about all available services, and assisted in picking up my service option.
