First of all I cannot say enough about my salesman Roscoe Woodberry. From the start he was professional, informative, and considered everything that was important to me. I looked at the Ford Explorer, Ford E Woodberry. From the start he was professional, informative, and considered everything that was important to me. I looked at the Ford Explorer, Ford Escape and the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Roscoe informed me about every feature that each car offered. He knows the cars that he sells. After looking at all three automobiles I test drove the Explorer and Jeep Grand Cherokee. Roscoe explaned every thing each car had to offer. He showed me how my cell phone would link up to the car and how I could use my phone hands free, to the functions of the Sirius radio. I decided to purchase the Ford Explorer. Once I picked the color I wanted Roscoe made sure I was comfortable with driving the car and made sure I knew how everything worked. The other salesmen that I was introduce to where every friendly. The young lady that wrote up the deal explained every aspect of the warranty and what extended warranties that were offered. All in all I had one of the best experiences purchasing this SUV from Klaben. I would recommend the dealership and most of all Roscoe Woodberry for my salesman to anyone that is looking for a new or used car. More
