I had a very smooth transaction with Jim Ellis. Found the car I wanted through the toyota site but they are 3 hours from my home. I was able to do everything through email and phone. When my car arrived I was notified (on Thanksgiving day) I showed up the next morning and finalized my paperwork and left with my beautiful car. Very happy with the dealership and my new car. More
