I’ve traveled to a few of Georgia’s Toyota service centers. This one is the ONLY one that checks ALL my boxes. The Cust.Svc. Staff, LAVAR and OSCAR are #1 as well as the Mechanics that are taking care centers. This one is the ONLY one that checks ALL my boxes. The Cust.Svc. Staff, LAVAR and OSCAR are #1 as well as the Mechanics that are taking care of my car are GREAT! NO complaints! We haven’t encountered one grumpy person that works at this location. They send you a video of what needs to be serviced. The atmosphere is great in McDonough, Ga! Sometimes the wait is longer but some cars need more work when they come in. Patience is a virtue. I’d rather have it done right the first time than have to come back, because someone felt rushed they forgot to put my oil back in the reservoir. I can just walk across the street and shop at the newly open BJ’s. There’s a new Dave and Buster as well, not sure if it’s open yet. More
