I had the opportunity of working with sales representative Rosie Sosa. Rosie was very responsive with her communication and information provided. I was looking to purchase a pre-owned GLC300 for my wife with specific "must have" trim package of AMG Line (Sport, Int & Ext) and Panorama Roof. Additional "wish list" preferences included Polar White color, Premium package, 20" Multispoke Wheels and hard-to-find Night package. On my initial visit and test drive I was greeted by the extremely pleasant Rosie. While I wasn't ready to act on the 1st GLC driven that did have the "must have" list covered, Rosie now had the full picture and knew I was serious. The following week, Rosie followed up the let me know that the one I had driven did sell but more importantly, a lease return just came in and was being prepared to be added to the weekend inventory. She snapped a few photos on her phone during prep to text me along with the equipment list that included ALL of the "wish list". I drove back down to OC from Hermosa Beach on Saturday morning, the day before Mother's Day... perfect timing! Rosie even came in on her day off to meet me. Happy Wife, Happy Life!
