Our visits to Sierra Toyota where we had never done business previously, from initial looking through purchase, were nothing short of wonderful. A major part of that was their sales rep, Pablo Xibille, business previously, from initial looking through purchase, were nothing short of wonderful. A major part of that was their sales rep, Pablo Xibille, and the way he interacted with us. Pablo always greeted us with a warm smile making us feel welcome and important and he took the time to thoroughly answer every question we had. He knew his products and was also a big help guiding us through our decisions when their were options to consider. We felt relaxed with him and he gained our trust and confidence. The Prius is our first Toyota. We wanted to be more "green', save money on fuel, and have a stylish reliable car. Several of our co-workers drive Prius, and we knew the great reputation of Toyota quality, but we didn't have any personal experience with either. So we had a lot of questions for Pablo and for about two weeks he answered all of them. That combined with our other research, the financing options from Toyota, and the Prius warranty convinced us that this was the right car for us and that this was the right dealer to get it from. It may be early in our journey with Sierra Toyota and the Prius, but we are very happy with our decision and look forward to being a loyal future customer there. We are genuinely "more than satisfied". More

I saw an ad on one of the on-line sites for a particular pre-owned Rav 4. I contacted the dealership by email and within minutes Mark Weeks was in contact with me. We exchanged many emails during the ensu pre-owned Rav 4. I contacted the dealership by email and within minutes Mark Weeks was in contact with me. We exchanged many emails during the ensuing two weeks. He was always prompt in replying to my emails, questions and concerns. We'd essentially agreed on a price before I even met him or taken the car for a test drive. I arrived at the dealership and found an affable young man, eager to accomodate my vehicle needs, but not at all pushy (I later had an interaction with another of the salesmen, whom if he'd been my point-of-contact, I don't think I'd have bought from the dealership). The paperwork was quickly drawn up and both Mark Weeks and Ross Leffelman were easy to work with. The process - although I had dreaded it immensely, was simple and well handled from begining to end.
