I have been with Sierra Toyota since April of 2005 when I moved my family from Illinois to Sierra Vista to join the team at Sierra Toyota. I have over 34 yrs of experience with Toyota and I am extremely loyal to the Toyota brand. Our reason to travel to Sierra Vista from Tucson was the great followup by phone done by Ross. The trip was 80 miles thru beautiful Arizona land so I was even more pleased when the service in person was gre great followup by phone done by Ross. Even with other dealers in our immediate area, I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. This organization understands customer service and delivers a high quality product. I leased a car and returned several days later to pick it up. Skip was great in explaning the lease program, showing me what was inside the car, and hanging around to make sure our needs were met. Carlos explained the financing and for the first time I actually listened and understood the topic. He is a great communicator. I am new to the area and very pleased to find a dealership that was caring, knowledgeablee, and provide great service. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was very friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. Our first visit was to ask about selling our jeep wholesale, and, while it didn't work out, friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. Our first visit was to ask about selling our jeep wholesale, and, while it didn't work out, we were so impressed with Neta's and Scott's (used car manager) forthrightness and honesty that, a week later when we decided to trade the jeep in on a new Prius, we came back. Unfortunately, Neta was not available to help us buy our new car, but Carlos did an excellent job. He answered all our questions about the different Prius models, steered us through the buying process, and patiently explained all the "bells and whistles." Several times, as we were kind of overwhelmed. Our experience with Brian, the sales manager, and the owner (Elsie?) was also very positive. And Ross, the financial guy, was low key and didn't try to strong arm us into buying extended warranties or expensive car care packages. We are thrilled with our new Prius and it was the most painless car-buying process we've ever had. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

Monday, Dec. 26th was the first time we've visited your dealership. We were in S.V. for other reasons, but decided to stop and check out new Camrys. Brenda wanted a new, sporty vehicle with 6-cyl engine. M dealership. We were in S.V. for other reasons, but decided to stop and check out new Camrys. Brenda wanted a new, sporty vehicle with 6-cyl engine. Marvin Morris met with us and was very good at answering her questions and showing her the differences in the various Camrys. She ultimately decided on a Camry XLE but wanted a darker interion color. Learned it wasn't available. After mulling over other options for a whole week, we learned that XLE was still available. She had decided she could live with the lighter interior color. Mr. Morris was on his day off, but said he'd meet us and complete the deal. Mr. Morris was very attentive and patient. I appreciated that he doesn't act like a "car salesman". His handling of the whole purchase process left us with a pleasant aftertaste. I also commend Mr. Leffelman's handling of the financial details. Their method of handling this deal left us with a very good feeling for this dealership. We will recommend Sierra Toyota to others. More

My experience with your staff was great from the first time I sent a price request online, to the moment I left the parking lot after the purchase. Ross Leffelman was always very quick, straightforward, and courteous in his responses to my emails. I chose to buy my new Corolla at this dealership even though I live in Tucson because of the competitive pricing and the positive, professional interactions I had with both Ross and Neta LaQuey. After arriving at the dealership, I worked mainly with Neta. She was great to work with: thorough, professional, friendly, never pushy, and she and Ross remained friendly and cooperative even when I initially balked at the trade-in price I was offered. In the end, everything was worked out to our mutual satisfaction. This was a totally painless experience, and I will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. More

I had an excellent new car buying experience at Sierra Toyota of Arizona! I used the Consumer Reports/Zagg price quote, and Ross honored it. Ross provided immediate email updates on the various cars he had in-stock, and I was able to compare these to the Consumer Reports information for validation. And I was given a fair price for my trade-in. Neta educated me on the car details, basic operation, and safety features. She was friendly, warm, and sincere. She helped make my new car buying experience a very enjoyable one! I had just shopped at Desert Toyota in Tucson the day before, and I had a poor experience there - high pressure, ridicules prices ($6,500 more than Consumer Reports/Zagg - which I actually did not use there), and limited car inventory with no attempt to search for my desired truck. Conversely, Sierra Toyota was very professional, low pressure, friendly and easy to work with! Well worth the 70 mile drive from Tucson.
