The first time we came by, Mark was a great help. He walked us around and talked to us about the options that fit into our budget. When we came back, we met Marvin, and he was like a prince! Marvin had the patience of Jobe explaining the ins and outs of our new vehicle. He answered all our questions and explained how everything worked. The only recommendation I would make would be that Toyota make a DVD that would show how all the accessories and instruments work. I know they provide a manual but, for country boys like myself, seeing how things work make it a lot easier to learn. Also, having it to fall back on would be a great help. With all that Marvin had to explain there is no way to remember everything. I would gladly recommend to all my friends to try Sierra Toyota as a dealer to purchase from. More

We had the best car buying experience ever at Sierra Toyota. Our salesperson Marvin was very nice to deal with and also very knowledgeable, He worked hard to help us decide and find what WE were looki Toyota. When we picked up our new Tacoma he made a point of dedicating his time just to us. He took us on a tour of the dealership and introduced many of the hardworking and friendly employees in the service, shuttle, cashier, and parts departments. The entire dealership was sparkling clean and very well maintained. Our new truck was prepped perfectly and Marvin went to great lengths to explain how to operate everything and at no time did we feel rushed. Like any great business owner, Elsie was very visible on the salesroom floor seeing that the customers were well taken care of and shown that they were appreciated. Ross was very helpful in getting us what we wanted for our two trades and listened to our concerns. Brian made the paperwork process fast, did not pressure us to buy extras, and answered our questions in a satisfactory manner. There is no doubt in our minds that it was worth the drive from the Sahuarita/Green Valley area. We left a cell in our trade and Marvin shipped it back to us the next day. That is great service after the sale. If you dread vehicle shopping, head to Sierra Toyota and ask for Marvin. His relaxed and friendly personality will put you and your mind at ease. More
