He went over this very technical 2020 RDX and I am so pleased with all the features, especially the safety features. He was very patient and helped me link my phone and set up my radio channels. Norman is so receptive to customer concerns. Over the years I've had small service issues and he has been very helpful and makes sure the work is done. The service department at this dealership is also terrific, friendly and they take the time to explain what needs to be done. I appreciate all of the staff at Naples Acura and enjoy their beautiful new showroom. If you want to buy a new or certified Acura, ask for Norman Johnston. You'll be glad you did! More

Received this promptly from the sales manager, visited Bob the next day and after some minor differences on trade in which were quickly resolved, came to an agreement. Lots of paperwork, most dictated by the state. This was a cash deal: no financing. Marianne the closer offered add-ons but was not pushy. I declined all. Bob went over every aspect of the RDX: too much for me to remember in one visit, but that's on me, not him. My age, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and up front on features I most likely will not use. Thorough. I submitted the same request to the other SW FL Acura dealer and received a reply requesting I stop in so we could "talk about it". No thanks, just do what I ask if you are interested in my business. Naples Acura complied. More
