After 3 weeks of numerous phone calls and test drives, she called me one day and said she found the car I was anticipating (color contrast and tech specs) that had just come in from a lease. She said there was another customer also interested, so I should come in as soon as possible! I did and it was "THE ONE". I had traveled from Fort Myers, Florida to lease a car. The minute that I got out of the car, someone was there to greet me ! This dealership was just renovated and it's so clean ( even their service department ! ). Everyone was very professional and kind ! Prior to my lease, I was working Kelly Sullivan in their Service Dept., great lady ! One of the reasons why I came back to Acura of Naples. I was able to borrow a RDX while they were changing my oil for me ! Even the ladies in the service dept. were super helpful and nice with getting my paperwork together for borrowing the car! I had worked with the General Manager, Ross Levy, Joe Eisenberg, Karla Jaraleno ( my Salesperson), Marianna Sullivan, (Credit ), Kelly Moody ( Service) , Norman Johnston and Michael Meador. We purchased our first Red CL Acura from Norman Johnson right off the showroom floor. Norman is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and is an ambassador for Naples Acura. Ross Levy was the GM and working with Scott Foster got us the best price and the least expenses financing. The whole initial experience left a lasting impression. Ross has done a fantastic job assembling the team at Naples Acura. From the service department that treats you like you are pulling up to the Ritz, to the sales department that treats you like a lifelong friend. We can't say enough great things about Naples Acura. I guess the best thing we can say is seven Acura’s with the eighth in a few years. In close, two raising stars on the team are Francesca, she was there on Friday (Norman's day off) and took me around the lot with zero pressure and Marianne Sullivan who closed the deal seamless lee. In close, we hope Norman and the team never retire :-). More
