We were told several times that the vehicle we wanted to purchase was certified upon the day of purchase. The next day we were told there was something wrong with their system and the car needed to be picke purchase was certified upon the day of purchase. The next day we were told there was something wrong with their system and the car needed to be picked back up and would be returned to us that day so they could get everything into their system. I thought it odd and again asked about certification and was told of course. Only to find out that same day the car was never certified. Needless to say we voided the purchase and didn’t appreciate being told a blatant lie. Super disappointing. More

Roy was great, I spoke with him the morning of the 10th and bought the truck from him around 4 hours later.
